The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the results of assessments are legally definitive or sufficient for compliance purposes without expert review.

In no event shall GenComply be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or data
  • Errors resulting from incorrect input by users

9. Governing Law

  • EU Users: These terms are governed by the laws of Italy and applicable EU law
  • UK Users: Subject to the laws of England and Wales
  • US Users (California): Governed by the laws of the State of California
