We assemble a squad sized to your roadmap: typically a technical lead, two to five engineers, and QA and DevOps coverage as needed. The lead runs delivery and is your single point of contact. You set priorities.
Staffing, holiday coverage, knowledge transfer and continuity are our problem. If an engineer rotates off, the lead absorbs the handover so you do not.
