We interview stakeholders, map requirements, and produce a technical specification, architecture, timeline and cost. The deliverable is yours whether or not you proceed.
Build
Demo every two weeks, working software in a staging environment you can use from sprint two. Scope changes go through a written change process, not a corridor conversation.
Launch
Deployment, documentation, runbooks, and a handover to your team or a maintenance agreement with ours.
Contracting options
Fixed scope, fixed price
Available when scoping produced a stable specification. Change requests priced separately.
Time and materials with a cap
Most commonYou see tracked hours weekly and can stop at any sprint boundary.
